Cherie Blair Foundation for Women are hosted by a Rulindo District Village Savings and Loan group who share there experiences of the program. Dativa - a 26 year old who joined the VSLA after borrowing the initial 200RWF (2p) from her parents - addresses the gathered crowd and explains how the VLSA has allowed her more freedom better opportunities and to care for her aging parents.
